From policy to implementation, learn the importance of the 2015 Virginia Energy Code and how it will impact your work when it goes into effect in September. To provide context, results from a Department of Energy funded 2017-2018 Virginia field study will be discussed to highlight areas where the 2012 Energy Code was not being fully implemented. Specific attention will be paid to strategies for complying with upcoming mandatory duct testing requirements, and the new ERI compliance pathway will be explored.
