OPENING & CLOSING RECEPTIONS SPONSOR - SOLD

Kick off the Virginia Builders Summit with a sponsorship package that is built to increase your brand awareness and drive traffic to your booth during the trade show. Sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute company swag and their logo will be prominently featured at the opening and closing cocktail receptions. Exclusive sponsorship includes an 8′ x 10′ exhibit booth.

LUNCH SPONSOR - SOLD

This sponsorship will provide a free lunch for all Virginia Builders Summit attendees. This sponsorship package is built to increase your brand awareness and drive traffic to your booth during the trade show. This sponsorship will keep people talking about YOU – as they enjoy lunch and network. Sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute company swag and their logo will be prominently featured at the lunch area. Sponsorship includes an 8′ x 10′ exhibitor booth.

PARKING SPONSOR - SOLD

This sponsorship ensures that attendees will visit your booth in order to pick up their parking validation. Sponsorship includes logo recognition in the event program and an 8′ x 10′ exhibit booth.

EDUCATION - $2,500 (2 LEFT)

Show your commitment to education the building industry. Education sponsors will receive logo recognition in on-site program and outside of education classrooms, visible to all Builders Summit attendees throughout the day. Each education sponsor will be invited to introduce the speakers of each education session.

Wi-Fi SPONSOR - $2,000

Sponsor the wi-fi for all attendees to access. Wi-Fi sponsor will be able to choose the password for all attendees to type in when accessing the on-site wi-fi. Logo recognition included on event signage and in on-site program.

LANYARD SPONSOR - SOLD

Be the first name attendees read by sponsoring the lanyards distributed at registration check-in. Your sponsoring is a great value for eye-level marketing. HBAV will purchase lanyards, sponsor must supply logo and approve lanyard design.
